The hotel is wonderfully located right next to the Red Sea Mall, making it perfect for families with young children looking for a variety of activities. The staff are extremely welcoming and kind, but there were some issues with room cleanliness and readiness upon arrival. The dining options were enjoyable but slightly below a 5-star standard.
